CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

For the Interior:
The inner cushion cover is removable. Hand wash with cold water, mild detergent & wash it alone. Do not use bleach or tumble dry. Dry flat in the shade & do not iron.

For the exterior:
We recommend to spot clean only using a damp cloth and lukewarm water.

Although it is very durable, it is still no match for aggressive dog use. This includes, but not limited to, biting, ripping & excessive scratching

Please note, we do not cover any damages caused by any use of the bed other than sleeping & lounging on.

Product related:

No, the car bed is not waterproof. Although it is a little water resistant, it is not recommended to let your dog used the car bed if they are wet. Chuck a towel or one of our 2-in-1 Reusable Pee Pad & Cooling Mat's over it instead or better, save it for when they are dry.

This will ensure the longevity of the product!

Yes! The car bed has an adjustable strap that buckles & secures around the back of any car seat. Or if you prefer not to use the strap, you can simply remove this and use the back loops to thread through your car seat belt.

The 'Small Car Bed' strap can easily secure around any front or rear car seat.

The 'Medium Car Bed' strap can secure around a conjoined/double seat or single seat.

Returns:

Waggs & Bone does not accept returns once the bed vacuum seal has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and the fact that it is impossible to re-package once it has been expanded.

If you are still in doubt about the size and have received your delivery, please do not open the bed and contact our team at info@waggsandbone.com so we can arrange a return as long as the bed is still vacuum sealed.

Yes, we do accept returns, as long as the item is in it's original condition with all packaging in tact.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the Luxury Car Bed if the vacuum seal has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and the fact that it is impossible to re-package once it has been expanded. If your item is unopened, to request a return please send us an email info@waggsandbone.com with the following information:

- A photo to show the product unopened and in it's original packaging

- Your order number

- Your full name

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged at the discretion by Waggs & Bone.

On receiving your email requesting a refund, if eligible we will send you an email with our return address. Please allow 7-10 business days to allow for peak periods..

Each of our Waggs & Bone products are created and packaged with great care and attention to detail.

However, if you recieve your item and it has a manufacturing defect, make sure you contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product to discuss options. All faulty items will be promptly replaced by Waggs & Bone. 

Please note your dog being able to damage the bed or cover is not a manufacturing defect.

Simply pop the Cooling Mat straight into the wachine machine, wash on a cool wash with like-colours.

No! The high technology nano cooling fibres are designed to keep your pet cool for long periods of time. There is no refridgeration required.

Simply leave unused for a few minutes after prolonged use and this will 'refresh' the fibres.

Absolutely! The Cooling Mat is 100% pet-safe. They are made completely from nano fibres and mesh, which means no toxic gels or batteries.

Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes just a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there (we currently use Australia Post for both Domestic & International).

You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. This notification will be sent to your email address that was entered on our website when you placed your order.

Unless there are restrictions or delays due to COVID and during busy periods like Christmas, the following applies.

All products are aimed to be dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse within 48 hours.

AUS
Delivery timeframe is as follows:

Standard: Allow 1-5 business days

Express: Next business day-3 business days

Please note, this timeframe is only approximate and depends also on your location, remote parts of Australia can take up to a week for delivery.

NZ
Delivery timeframe is as follows:

Standard: Allow 8-12 business

USA
Delivery timeframe is as follows:

Standard: Allow 6-10 business days

UK
Delivery timeframe is as follows:

Standard: Allow 6-12 business days

If you're ordering from within AUS, NZ or USA, then you will not be charged any import fees.

Any order over £135 from the UK (as this is a country that doesn't have a free trade agreement with Australia) will incur some additional fees. You will be contacted by your local courier service once your item has arrived into the UK with information as to how to pay the fee, delivery will then be made.

Please check your government's import fees and taxing policy before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
